THE DETAILS, CLEARLY

Our Editorial Standards

Effective October 18, 2026 · domavello.com

Begin with a real household need

A useful guide begins with a routine: carrying laundry down stairs, making lunch in a small kitchen, sharing a bathroom, or finding a place for everyday bags. We frame choices around what the reader needs an object to do, how it fits the space, and what it takes to care for it.

Our publication focuses on Home, Tech, and Beauty, with an emphasis on household essentials and practical personal care tools. We aim to help readers buy deliberately, including recognizing when a purchase is unnecessary.

Research and sources

We use official manufacturer information for product details and authoritative organizations for relevant care and safety guidance. Articles link to sources and record the date on which those details were checked. Links to a source do not imply its endorsement of the article.

Recommendations combine verified information with editorial judgment about household scenarios. We avoid treating a manufacturer’s marketing statement as independent proof of performance. Specifications, compatibility, materials, prices, availability, and policies can change; readers should confirm the current official listing.

Research is different from testing

The guides currently published are researched editorial guides. We do not claim that Domavello has purchased, used, lab-tested, measured, or surveyed a product when that work has not taken place. We do not publish fabricated ratings, review counts, benchmark results, or personal experiences.

If a future article reports original testing, it should identify the product, the method, the conditions, the limitations, and any relevant relationship. Stock lifestyle imagery does not document a product test.

Buying guidance with a tradeoff

We explain intended use, practical dimensions, maintenance, compatibility, and reasons to skip a feature. Where several approaches are reasonable, a comparison should describe the situation each one suits. A higher price or a longer list of features is not automatically a better fit.

We avoid unsupported superlatives and evergreen price claims. Linked products and brand ranges are examples to investigate, not a guarantee that a particular listing is suitable for every household.

Writing and editorial responsibility

Articles may be prepared with research and software-assisted drafting. The publication remains responsible for the material it publishes, including source selection, structure, factual claims, and the distinction between a verified detail and an editorial recommendation.

The byline “Domavello Editorial” identifies the publication. It does not represent a fabricated individual expert or imply professional credentials. We do not invent an editorial team’s biography, years of testing, or reader statistics.

Commercial independence

Product links currently generate no commission for Domavello. If affiliate or sponsored relationships are introduced, they will be disclosed clearly near the relevant content. We do not promise favorable coverage in exchange for compensation, and a brand does not receive editorial approval simply because it offers a partnership.

Corrections and updates

Useful content needs maintenance. If an official detail changes or a reader identifies an error, we assess the issue and correct the relevant material where appropriate. A substantive revision should update the article’s modification date. A new date should not be used merely to make unchanged content look recent.

To request a correction, email [email protected] with the article URL, the detail in question, and a reliable source if you have one.
